With market development, the company involved in factory construction, expanded its scale. Up to now, it has three independent subsidiary company and three mills. The mill have Φ100mm,Φ180mm steel pipe perforation lines, heating furnace, continuous annealing furnace, 100KN-1500KN chain style cold drawn machine, straight machine, beveled ends machine and two production line of making oil casing pipe couplings of STC,LTC,BTC.
The company has advanced inspection equipment, configured automatic control system and on-line quality inspection system, fully with physical and chemical test, nondestructive Inspection, hydraulic pressure inspection, Metallographic Analysis to ensure the qualification of the product.
The company products have passed ISO 9001, API5L, API5CT quality system, main products are GB,ASTM,ASME,DIN ,JIS standard carbon steel seamless pipe, seamless oil casing pipe, seamless line pipe, high pressure boiler tube, alloy steel pipe and can offer 3PE and FBE coated steel pipe, hot galvanized steel pipe, seamless steel pipe with thread ends, grooved steel pipe, ERW,LSAW,SSAW welded line pipe, also can supply carbon steel pipe fittings, high pressure pipe fittings, alloy steel pipe fittings, PE coated pipe fittings and wear resistant pipe fittings include elbow, tee, reducer, caps, flange, couplings, nipples etc.
